• More than 75% of our beneficiaries are black, as defined by B-BBEE legislation. 
• We have a valid sworn affidavit available.
• Our activities qualify as an SED benefit
• You will receive 100% B-BBEE SED recognition

Public Benefit Organisation
Beautiful Gate is a registered in South Africa as a Non-Profit Organisation (005-086 NPO) and a Public Benefit Organisation (130002944), with Section 18A status, which means that donations to Beautiful Gate are tax deductible.  You may deduct from your taxable income the amount donated, up to the value of 10 percent of your taxable income.
