Xoliswa Ngebulana.
Her passion for working with children is clear because where there's children's educational or fun activities she is always present. She is part of the Learner Education Support team for the Phillippi site container as a coordinator for the site. Xoliswa started working at Beautiful Gate in 2006 as a bank staff member which was known as a part-time worker, she then got recruited as a team leader for the child care workers. From 2015 she started looking after the children at the site and preparing meals for them as well, in the kitchen you can trust her as well as with keeping things neat in the work-space for children. Her dream is to build her own after school facility for children and to be a business woman in her community.

From being a volunteer to being a coordinator for Year Beyond programmer www.yearbeyond.org.za/ Nombeko has grown a lot , she is currently coordinating the Year Beyond programme in Bongolethu Primary school in Phillippi. Besides academics, she is a sports fanatic, she coaches the netball team at Beautiful Gate, with so many trophies with her team ,she is still dedicated to sports for teens. Her journey began in 2010 where she was a part-time child care worker and then started a homework club in the cottages for children who stayed in the cottages, she then moved to arts where she started facilitating dance and drama classes for children. In 2014 she became part of the after school team which is now the Learner education support club. Nombeko has 2 netball teams, her sports passion keeps her active.
Sizeka Mbelekane Sizeka is a mother of two children who mean the world to her. She is a believer, Christian, and a loving mother. Two years from now she wants to go back to school and study social work. Sizeka loves people and believes in herself a lot, working with people and serving people is her passion even at church. She is not only passionate about people but business as well. "what makes me wake up every day is knowing that I have a dream to follow and passion for my dreams". Sizeka tutors at Zanemfundo primary school, grade 6-7 which is Learner Education Support programme. Vuyo Rosemary Nombila is from Eastern Cape, now living in Cape Town with her girls. She is Christ follower and a simple person. Vuyo studied Early Childhood Development and administration through False Bay college. She is passionate about education and one of her goals is to study social science. She tutors grade 1-3 and 7 as well at Vukani primary school. Vuyo very good children and loves her work. We are inspired by women like Vuyo who are passionate about education.
Meet Gillian our learner education, support tutor. With a sweet voice and elegant sense of style Gillian is one of the most humble, caring young woman. She has a beautiful voice, singing and praying is love for her. Gillian tutors grade 5 and she is passionate about preaching the word of God. She has been with Beautiful Gate S.A for the past 3 months. Because of Beautiful Gates mission and values, Gillian feels at home. Besides tutoring Gillian loves sales and marketing products, she is passionate about customer relationship. Gillian is an inspiration to other young women as well.
